Plans, billing, and cancellation

Three plans: Free, Trader and Pro (Elite is coming soon). Paid plans bill monthly, or yearly for 25 % less. Cancel anytime. Below the mechanics; the live pricing lives at /pricing.

Plans

• ▸Trading accounts. Free = 1 active trading account; Trader = 5; Pro = 25. Archived accounts don't count — archive a finished eval to free a slot.
• ▸Every plan. Tradovate sync, CSV / Excel imports, the TradingView webhook, the full dashboard, playbook and prop-firm tracking. No trade limit.
• ▸AI coach. Free gets the rule-based coach (morning brief, post-trade review, flags). Trader and Pro add AI-written text within a monthly budget — Pro's is about three times Trader's. When it's used up, the rule-based version appears; features stay usable.
• ▸Replay. Trader and Pro get bar-by-bar replay at 1m and higher timeframes (5m, 15m, 30m, 1H, 4H).
• ▸Charts. Free charts the stored NQ / ES / GC contracts (and their micros); paid plans fetch missing bars for any CME contract you trade.

Free trial

Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro — no card. You get Pro's account limit and features, with two limits until you subscribe: AI-written text has Trader's budget, and charts fetch missing bars only for the stored NQ / ES / GC contracts and their micros (as on Free). Three days before it ends you get an email with the plan that covers your accounts. If you choose a plan during the trial, billing starts when the trial ends, so no trial day is lost — except in the last 48 hours: Stripe needs at least 48 hours' notice for a later billing start, so a plan chosen then is billed from that day. If you don't choose one, the account moves to Free: all data stays, and only as many accounts as Free allows keep syncing.

Payment methods

Stripe Checkout supports both card and SEPA Direct Debit. Card for instant signup and non-EU users; SEPA for European accounts (lower fees, set-and-forget). EU VAT is handled by Stripe Tax — invoices show the right rate for your billing country.

Cancellation

Customer Portal (linked from Settings → Billing): cancel anytime. The subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period; no pro-rating. After expiry you're moved to Free — all your trade history is preserved, but features above Free are gated until you re-subscribe.

Failed payments

Stripe retries automatically. If the retries fail, you enter a 7-day grace period — the app stays writable but a banner warns you. After 7 days the app goes read-only until billing is resolved. Resolve from the customer portal; access is restored immediately on successful payment.

Downgrade

Downgrading preserves all data. With more active trading accounts than the new plan allows, only as many as it allows keep syncing — accounts a broker mapping imports into first, then your default account, then the oldest — and at most that many broker accounts sync across your connections (several can be mapped onto one trading account). Accounts shows which ones don't. Skipped accounts keep their trades, and once they sync again (after you archive others or upgrade) they import from where they stopped (for accounts Tradovate only reports through its Performance report, that reaches back about 70 days — upload a CSV for older trades). Archiving doesn't lose trade history, and those trades still show in analytics.
