Common questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts with 14 days of Pro — no card needed, nothing to cancel. You get Pro's account limit and features, with two limits until you subscribe: AI-written coaching has Trader's budget, and charts load market data only for NQ, ES, GC and their micros (MNQ, MES, MGC). Afterwards you pick a plan or stay on Free: one synced account, unlimited trades, all your data kept.

What counts as a trading account?

One broker account — for example one Apex eval or one personal Tradovate account. Archived accounts keep their history and don't count, so you can archive a finished eval to free a slot.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancellation through the Stripe Customer Portal takes effect at the end of your billing period — your data stays intact and you keep access until then.

What happens if I downgrade?

All your trade data is preserved on every tier. Downgrade reduces what you can compute (e.g., AI usage, account count) but never deletes a trade you logged.

What does the monthly AI budget actually mean?

Trader and Pro include a monthly budget for AI-written coaching (morning brief, post-trade review, daily review); Pro's is about three times Trader's. When it's used up, the same features keep working with rule-based text — you're never blocked. Free uses the rule-based coach only.

Card or SEPA?

Both. Card for instant signup and non-EU users; SEPA Direct Debit for European accounts (lower fees, set-and-forget). Founder tier is card-only — SEPA's 8-week reversibility window doesn't fit a one-time lifetime grant.
